Picture Albums: Montreal ComicCon 2012

Info Gary finally makes it to ComicCon, *sigh* alone. Three hours was plenty! There were a surprising number of women, and not all were paid to wear spandex. Lots of kids, too, hanging around Scooby-Doo's van, which looked only a little creepy. Almost everyone was pasty white. Many artists, drawing and chatting. Many local! A lot of parody. No pix of Gary, tho, 'cause he went there alone. Gary got many (six or seven) comments on his Fat Fury t-shirt, to which he responded by handing out cards for HerbiePopnecker.com.

Damages, you ask? Just one plush Gengar and a Bender t-shirt. I might fill my shelves with junk from duclostoys.com. Did I say junk? I meant investments.

My ticket, purchased online. $27 is not bad for one day, which was plenty, 'cause 1:30-4:30 wore me out!
I saw Malcolm McDowall, met Brent Spiner, and saw the Batmobile and the Scooby-Doo van! I went to a panel with Star Trek's Captain Picard.
