I have added MHCI to http://hcibib.org/hci-sites/conferences
and to the events calendar: http://hcibib.org/events
Are full papers available online? If not, I could index the PDF program:
 	http://mhci2013.international-aset.com/program/MHCI13Program.pdf

The conference on machine vision and machine learning seems outside the score of hcibib.org.

I added IJVWHCI to http://hcibib.org/hci-sites/journals; I'll index it when more comes online.
