I want to tell you how we work. Our conversation and your resume are strictly

manager both agree to it. In addition, our client bears all expenses for this
search. There is no cost and no obligation to you.

Here is what I need from you to take the next step.

Please email me the following:
     (1) Attach Resume
     (2) In the body of the e-mail, please describe for me:
          - Compensation information (Base salary, bonuses, commissions, due
date for your next raise and amount anticipated, 401k, vacation,
etc.) so I can get a complete picture
          - Experience in any of the job description areas not addressed in your
resume
     - Your position in the hierarchy (who do you report to and how many persons
at what level report to you)

Remember, there is no risk to you, as we maintain confidentiality and you are
under no obligation. It only means taking a couple minutes to send off your
information to me. If, for some reason, this opportunity is not the right one
for you, keep in mind that we are continuously on search assignments and there
may be a more suitable opportunity for you. Sending your resume is a small
investment.

Could you e-mail me this information so I can look at it in the morning?
Please don't let cosmetics delay your resume--if you need to update it a little,
just include a paragraph with the new information and our dynamite staff can
plug it in.

Sincerely,

Darlene Downs
